CUSTOM U-DECK PROCESS

Step 1
Talk to us about what you are expecting on your boat. Color options and design options can be discussed here and we will able to provide you with an approximate quote.

Using Photomodler, we will scan your boat and create a digitized template of the floor.

We will then get to work creating your U-DEK® kit, incorporating any logos, designs and patterns your have chosen.

We will provide you with a final quote and a detailed drawing of your U-DEK® kit. Minor variations and pattern adjustments are still possible at this stage.

Your U-DEK® kit will then be cut on our CNC machine using custom tools by our highly experienced operators giving you an accurate and high quality finish.

We will install your custom U-DEK® kit for you. We make sure the deck is properly prepped and clean before applying the 3M Marine Grade Adhesive backed PE/EVA foam.
